2026 Cancellation, No-Show & Booking Policy Hair by Jess To respect my time and the appointment reserved just for you, a valid credit card is required for all bookings. No-Shows If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without notice, 50% of the services booked will be charged before any future appointments can be scheduled. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours) Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 40% of your scheduled service total. Short-notice cancellations directly affect my schedule and income as an independent stylist. Same-Day Illness If illness is reported only after I reach out on the day of your appointment, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. I completely understand emergencies — I just ask for timely communication so I may offer the spot to another client. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened. If the service cannot be completed, it will be considered a no-show and charged 50%. Declined Cards If the card on file declines a fee, the balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. By booking with me, you agree to these terms.
